As a Credit Manager in CitiBank, he processed and approved re-underwriting for cards and bank clients. He ensured that all requests are processed timely based on stipulated guidelines and policy rules. He was also a Team Lead for BAU Portfolio Action (CFC BT Balcon Retcon ECA RC) and escalations. These shows that because of his corporate background, he understands the needs of employees.
He was an Instructional Manager in Uplift Cares Global Foundation for Alternative Learning System. He taught in Colegio de Sta Teresa De Avila for Senior High School Department.
Romarr holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Management from University of the East- Manila Campus with 18 units earned in Master of Business Administration from National College in Business and Arts-Fairview Campus.
